Please check our Artwork Gallery and our list of bootleg cover art websites for the cover you're looking for before posting a request for someone to make a cover.

Please only request one cover at a time (two if you are an Ultra Supporter). When your first request is finished, then you may post another topic. Non-donating members may only post 4 topics requesting cover artwork. To make a donation via PayPal, visit this page.

When posting requests for DVD cover artwork, it is very helpful if you provide photos, links to band-related websites, and screenshots (visit this page to learn how to make them). You must also copy/paste this template into your post:

First of all, your date is wrong. The San Diego show titled Blood in the Water was played on May 20th, not November 2nd.

Second, you need to use the request template when posting requests and you must check the gallery before posting requests. If you had checked, you would have found that there are already two different covers for this show available.
