I feel stupid because I have done this before, but I can`t remember how I did it or where I read on how to do it but there is a way to use the paint bucket in C3 to make a color transparent and I can`t remember how to do it, I think some way I set what color I wanted to get rid of and then set fill to transparent and just click the color on the picture and it took all of the selected color out. Can this be done or did I dream it?

Yeah, it's fairly simple:
Step 1: set your foreground color to the color that you want to preserve that's closest to the color you want to remove, in this case a dark blue.
Step 2: select the Background Eraser Tool and checkmark the "Protect Foreground Color" box at the top of the screen, and also set the limit to Discontiguous and the tolerance to 100%. Using the largest brush size possible is probably also a good idea.
Step 3: click on the color you wish to remove from the image
Also, it's a good idea to use vector logos where possible. Vectors can be opened at any size without quality loss, which makes them ideal for use on anything from cover artwork to clothing and posters. You can find vectors for almost anything at http://www.brandsoftheworld.com
