Awesome pictures!!! Thanks for the link to this site. I started capturing these photos but then decided to use screens from the actual riot show itself for the cover. I have bookmarked this site and saved all the pictures I've captured form it so far. I will keep them for future covers for the next time I need a break from Metallica covers and venture back over to BCA.
The booklet and all the parts to the cover can be found here:

Thanks very much Melodie, great covers and the screen shots were a very good idea.
The Robert John photo's are great, the guy took some really great photo's of the band, as you can see in the GNR Photo history book he released.
Hopefully you will take a few more AXL breaks in 2008, Happy New Year to you.

Melodie, just noticed a few errors on this one
Location on cover should be: Maryland Heights, Missouri, USA
Maryland Heights is a suburb of St. Louis and is considered it's own town.
Date on the booklet is 2 July 1992, it should be 2 July 1991
Same error on both disc stomps, Also on the disc stomps could you make "The Infamous Riot Show" a bit smaller so it all fits on the label.
If you could fix those,please.

Ok all the changes are made. Sometimes I amaze myself with how I come up with making freaking errors like that.
