Hello, I would love to get a main, chapters & credits for this one. Would really like the art work provided to be the front over as the was the artwork used for tour promo and tshirt designs for the tour. Also provided some band logos. Thank you in advance!

Can you elaborate a bit here? Also, any objection about removing the bonus track from the cover? We have some sort of guidelines to remove bonus tracks so the cover can be used with other authorings of this show. More info here: http://www.bootlegco...twork-requests/

The city is Sydney, though. I started to rename the files, but then I saw it's 'New South Wales' on the images as well.
