I would like to know where find .PAT for add new texture!?

You don't have to save the patterns as .pat files. Open up any image in Photoshop and go to Edit>Define Pattern. You'll now see that your list of patterns includes the one you just added, and you can use it the same as others as both a texture and a pattern.
http://www.zoorender.com has lots of free patterns you can use.
