We'd like to inform you that from now on all future requests MUST follow this syntax for topic titles exactly:

Band - City, State, Country (YYYY.MM.DD) [Stomp Only]
Example:
Alice in Chains - Seattle, WA, USA (2011.06.23)
The state (USA only!) must always be an acronym with both letters capitalized. City and country names must be in their English form, not local. Also note, you must NEVER use topic description field (as stated in the rules)!

In addition, a lot of the requests aren't formatted according to these guidelines, track numbers and song titles specifically.

We will be watching these specific rules very closely. If any of them are not followed, we will increase the warning level of the user by one for a week. If warning level reaches 3 - your account may be suspended. Even a missing comma, period, bracket, or zero (in the date) can get you a warning, so please take some time to read the pages posted above ;)

Just a friendly reminder to all members, please take some time to format your requests properly. There are people who ignore the new topic title format and track list delimiters. We didn't warn members every time they didn't follow the guidelines, as announced, because we figured it could take some time to adopt them, but it's been a while now and members still persist to use their formattings.
If anyone has any questions or suggestions, feel free to PM me!
