225 is quite thick, I'd use 190. Prefer Matt to be honest.

It is pretty thick, but its just what I use because I was able to get a huge box of it cheap and it seems to work fine.

in coverxp, setup menu > adjustments, what the settings should be?

Not sure, I don't remember changing them, but I haven't re-installed the program since replacing my hard drive a few months ago.
