This is perfect but I seem to have a line going from top to bottom is that there or is it just the way I have opened it ?

I don't see a line. It should look like this:

The line is there when I open the file but goes when I save it to print....Thanks again.

Can you take a screenshot? Perhaps it's just a grid guideline or something. Go to View and make sure nothing under the Show option is checked.

I use guidelines to have the logo and the city centered, maybe that is the line you see...is it green?

Yes its light green but when I change the date and save as a jpeg its not there so its fine.

Could I get a template for 999 here is the logo http://www.heavymeta...catalog/999.gif which I would like at the top and large maybe coming nearly to centre hole
If possible could I get the back ground in very light green ?
.psd file so I can change the date like this one
