Hi there
are you sure that is the correct setlist? I happen to have the vid for this show (I checked the youtube link to make sure it is the same) and the setlist I have (and just checked) is:
RICOCHET
BE AGGRESSIVE
MIDLIFE CRISIS
WHAT A DAY
EVIDENCE
SURPRISE! YOU'RE DEAD!
WE CARE A LOT
EASY
INTRODUCE YOURSELF
THE GENTLE ART OF MAKING ENEMIES
KING FOR A DAY
EPIC
DIGGING THE GRAVE
ZOMBIE
JUST A MAN
In case this is the setlist you have - I can provide a cover and stomp - rather basic but OK.

In view there are a few here who have this show, I'll try to kick up something a bit more fancy than the cover I have
I'll take this.

Thanks for your comment
Just a pity the colours (basically the yellow and the red) look somewhat washed-out compared to the original jpg I uploaded. It's weird as I never noticed it with other covers I posted and checked the web colour gamut. Anyway.

The colors shouldn't be washed out, the gallery doesn't change any of the image properties. Try checking your JPG quality settings when you save the image. If you're using Adobe Photoshop, use Save As (not Save For Web) and I recommend using the highest JPG quality setting (12).
